I've read on this board over and over again that there are no discounts for one or two day base tickets and we are better off just buying them from the gate.

I'm in Orlando now and I went to the Walmart listed on the Mousesaver site to check for tickets.

They were cheaper than the gate price and the only legit ticket place I could find that would discount 1 or 2 day tickets. Not a huge discount, but every bit helps.

One day base MK: 98.44 (adult, after tax), 92.02 (child)
One day base Epcot, HS, AK: 93.09/adult, 86.67/child

Two day base adult $190.46/adult, 177.62/child.

I also got Gatorland tickets there and they had the biggest discounts that I could find locally.

Good to know. I never priced tickets there. My kids loved Gatorland. Have fun!

For comparison purposes, for anyone who doesn't have the info handy, Disney gate prices are:

One day base MK: 101.18 adult, 94.79 child
One day base Epcot, HS, AK: 95.85, 89.46

Two day base: 195.96 adult, 183.18 child

So you can save about $2.75 per one day ticket, and about $5.50 per two day ticket.

It doesn't really seem worth going all the way over there to save that little..... (especially w/ gas prices) :confused3

It wouldn't be worth it to me either, but it might be for anyone planning on stopping for groceries, or driving right past Walmart anyway, or buying tickets for a large family.

Thank you! It makes a huge difference to me as we only need 2 tickets (we have three non expiring left) and not wasting 45 minutes in a Disney admission ticket booth line is soooo worth it!
