Walking from CBR to AoA?

Is there a walking path between CBR and AoA? Google earth's picture is during construction, so it's not much help. My son is a Cars fan, so we'd like to swing over there if its easy enough.

No safe walking route between CBR and AOA. The resorts are 1.5 miles apart and crosses over a couple major streets.
