Walking Distance?

Can you easily walk from the Beach Club to the Swan & Dolphin? My managers are attending a conference and the meetings and meals are taking place at the Swan & Dolphin. Attendees have been given a choice of staying at the S&D or at Beach Club

Very easy, about 4 to 10 minutes normal pace, depending on where you start from.

I have attended many conferences at the S&D and I preferred to stay at the Y&B or BW, away from the conference action and the walk is nice very easy.

I'm with you Mahusky...I would want to stay away from all of the conference action too. My favorite part of staying at Disney are the morning walks around the resorts when it's quiet.

I measured it with a GPS once, and it's just a little less than .4 miles from the Beach Club lobby to the Swan/Dolphin boat dock.

The Swan/Dolphin conference facilities are on the far side of the hotels, so that'll make for a somewhat longer walk from the Beach Club...but once you get to the lobby you can be inside and in air conditioning for the rest of the way, in case that's one of the considerations with walking!
