walking confusion

I want to check in on Dec. 1, 2023 for 14 nights. I want to do 4 nights in studio, then 7 nights in a 2BR when the kids arrive, then back to a studio for 3 nights after they leave. This would all be at OKW my home resort.
How do I do this or can I even do it?

My other option is to do 14 nights in a 2BR. To do this, I'm thinking I can book 7 nights on Jan. 1, 2023 and then go back in on Jan. 2 and add 1 night, then go in on Jan. 3 and add 1 night and keep going until I get my 14 nights booked.
Am I getting this right?

To do the split, you just book 11 months out from each stay.

For the 14 days, you can do the first 7 and then add the nights but it doesn’t need to be day by day. You can wait and do it 6 days in and then more and finish up one more time.

You can do it day by day as well.
