Walk to Toy Story Lot from Orangewood Ave?

Hi all.

I did try to search this, I promise. I think it's just too ambiguous.

We normally stay across the street at Ramada or Best Western, but my friend was able to book us using his RCI Timeshare at Dolphin Cove on Orangewood Ave. I realize there is an ART stop right on Habor Blvd, but I was curious about just walking from the hotel to the TS lot. I tried looking at Google Maps to get a feel for how long the walk would be, but it's hard to pinpoint.
Does anyone have any firsthand experience? Is it close enough to do a quick walk or would driving to the lot be better? (We have one premium AP and could park there.)

We will pay for the ART if it's better but would love some advice! We'll be there six days, so the ART would cost us about $85 for the four of us for those six days.)
