Waldorf questions

Sorry if these have been asked before...I did a quick search but didn't see anything.
We are staying at the Waldorf 6/23-7/2 for my son's birthday trip.
1) I have read mixed reviews about the shuttles to the park. Will they be enough as far as transportation or should we drive?
2) are pool toys allowed?
3) how are the quick breakfast offerings?
4) I know we can use the Hilton's pool. Are there tubes for the lazy river?
5) anyone had luck getting something special in the room?

We stayed at the Hilton in December. They definitely have tubes for the lazy river. They also sell pool toys and goggles. We actually loved the pool area by the Hilton. They do movies in the pool on Saturday nights and you can see the Hollywood Studios fireworks from the pool. The shuttles are shared between the Hilton and Waldorf, but the times are accurate and we never had a full bus while we were there. Of course, that was a weekend in December and not the summer. That said, we are definitely doing the Hilton the next time we stay on Disney.
