Wake Up...Where?

I am hearing all these things about going into a store to wake up Tinkerbell. I just need to know what store you go to and if it is in a hotel,park,or at a boardwalk/shopping center.

Tinkerbell's Treasures at the Magic Kingdom. I think it is on the left if you go through the castle and are facing the carousel.
