Waitlisting

Whats the best way to do this? 5 nights of my required 6 night stay are available, do I book them and waitlist the 6th night, or will I need to waitlist the entire stay?

You will have a better chance to get a WL for a single night versus six nights.

You didn't say for type of accommodation, but some are very hard to get even with a waitlist. I would definitely book the other night somewhere else.

Managed to get 5 nights at the VGF in August at the 7 month window.going to wait list the 6th night, fingers crossed!

we got 3 nights at VGF with a lake view and a night ahead of the reservation with a standard view. we waitlisted a lake view and it came in! (now we would have rather had the standard view, both for the points, and most of the standard views look prety cool).

but we just took whatever we could get cause we wanted to stay there so badly.. this was at 11 months!


I would book what you can get and waitlist the other night with either view, even if you have to change rooms. I would also book a room at another resort for that night, maybe BLT?
