Waitlist for ESPN Weekend

My DW and I decided to head down to the World for ESPN the Weekend. We just boked last week and were able to get SSR studio. We have stayed there twive over the last year and hoped to get in somewhere else. We waitlisted for a studio at AKL and BWV. Any chance?

We also want to see Mike and Mike do their radio show. Has anyone done that in the past?

We went to see Mike and Mike last year at the Brown Derby on the Friday (3/2). We're trying to do it again this year on our way to Ft. Lauderdale for our cruise that leaves Saturday. I keep calling, but nobody yet has the details. Last year, they annouced a phone number on the show that you could call and get on the list. Since the show starts at 6 (obviously way before the park opens), they checked us off the least and seated us. They didn't charge any admission (we didn't even have to use a ticket for that day) and got a pretty good breakfast buffet and a great show. We hope to repeat it this year.

Last year, in person guests included Rock Hoover, Peter Gammons, Hines Ward, David Robinson, and the Harlem Globetrotters.

I called back last week to add BCV to my waitlist. The CM asked if I would be willing to stay at AKV. I said YES!

I saw Mike and Mike last year, but it was by accident. I didn't know who they or their guests were. That Robinson guy was in the audience with his wife and kids at the start, then joined in on the discussion. It was BORING. DH was in heaven, and I just wanted food. This year I think I have been outsmarted, since we are AGAIN at SSR from the Feb 22-March 1, during the ESPN weekend. I'm beginning to smell a rat, and it's DH!
