Waiting to make BOG ressies today

One hour and nothing...not to mention, I'm on the West Coast so I've been up since 4am:scared:

Been trying since 7 nothing but busy

If you have someone staying on property, if they visit the concierge they can make the reservations for you. My folks did it for me and it took under five minutes.

Busy Signals here too, then all circuits are busy, after 50 minutes, finally through to here I have a 45 minute wait to talk to an agent because the auto attendant didn't understand me:scared1: Still on hold!!

Keep trying I got thru on the 407-939-7675 number. With no wait but did use auto

Busy since 7am EST for me as well. I am actually irrationally annoyed I can't even get on hold.

After trying to call for 2 hours with no luck I ended up calling DVC directly and booking my dining plan (already have all my other dining reservations) and they were able to help me make a reservation for Dec. 3rd. I only had a choice of two times but am so thankful that I was able to get a reservation. Don't give up hope....keep trying!!:tink:!

Sending pixie dust to all those still trying to get through....:tink:

I tried the normal line for 2 hours and then realized I could call DVC to have them make my reservation. I got my party of 5 in on the 21st! I also booked our Anniversary dinner there on Jan 14th. Keep trying and if you have a DVC membership, go through them.

Good Luck All!

Call back if used auto and it didn't take cc rumor is they will. Canc ressie I'm on hold now with Dvc to add cc

DVC told us they can't do it and said to call the regular dining res line later (rumor is they tried to add cc to someone's res and the system lost it and couldn't be restored so they don't want to lose anyone else's)

Mine did but had to charge cc a penny.

After hours of non stop busy signals, I was able to get through and use the automated system for my perfect day and time. But it gave me no time to say my name for the reservation then transferred me to a person, I've been on hold for more than 30 mins waiting for someone to help me.

I finally got a person and of course my reservation time was gone. But I did get something an hour earlier, so I can't complain too much. I know some people got totally shut out.

As I have a DVC room reservation during that time, my DVC agent was able to make my reservation with no problem. Also if you do get reservations, make sure that there is no warning that your party may have to sit at separate tables. The original time she was able to get me had that message, so we switched to the later time where we could all sit together.

DH and I tried for over 2 hours this morning. He was finally able to get through. Now I have to call back and try to talk to someone to add a CC.....lovely. Whoever made the decision to not open online reservations today too dropped the ball :furious:.

Yay!! Just made mine for January. :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: I had the automated system first as well, then it tranfered me to a person as I was saying my name. Waited for about 20 minutes. Not too bad. I cancelled my Le Cellier reservation for that day.
