Waiting for written confirm with "the code"

Call back and ask for confirmation of December to be sent again because you did not receive it.

I recd my confirmation with the 3 digit code on it. I did not ask for the code, I asked for any better deals and this is what she came up with. On my original reservation made online, there also was a code listed on the confirmation.

I booked my trip for Dec about 2 weeks ago and paid it in full. I had a code for that. I haven't received any confirmation in the mail yet. It does show up on the Disney site that I have it and it is paid. I had to change my dates in August which I did after I made my reservation for December and I got those papers in the mail right away. Does anyone know why it would take so long to get my December confirmation?

I'm still waiting for mine too and I paid off 1/31 for an August trip. It must have something to do with paying it in full so early. Anyway, when I call to make my ADR's next week I will request a copy then.
