Waiting for DVC # Frustrated!

We recently purchased a DVC Resale. We closed on it about 2 weeks ago. We have points that are going to expire at the end of August. We want to look and see what is available ASAP. We still have not received anything from Disney, so we do not have an ID # yet. What can we do?? Has anyone else been in this situation?

You just have to be patient I'm afraid but it shouldn't be much longer now.

according to TSS, member services should be able to help you (if i read that correctly)

Thank you! It does say that. However, I just called. They saw my name in the system, but said they couldn't help me without my member #.

I closed on 6/19 and received my number this past Monday 7/8.
