We went 2/8/03-2/15/03--- here is what we had (President's Day feel on 2/16/03 that year just something to consider in with all the facts).
Daytime temps only hit over 70 once, pretty much every other day it was 65-68ish. Evening temps and at night it went into the low 50's. So coat and pants were needed (we're from a Buffalo NY suburb so we get a cold winter too). We didn't get to swim as it was never warm enough. We only had one day of rain and that was our arrival day. It was the clearest skies I've ever seen that trip. As for touring the parks "it wasn't too hot". Even being from a cold weather state you get there on a 90 degree day saturated w/ humidity and it's hard to keep going all day. Plus you get sticky sweaty and well you get the picture. The weather we had on our early Feb trip was ideal for touring the parks in. Not too cold, not too hot and dry. It was actually the best park touring weather I've ever had.
Crowds, weren't an issue until the last 48 hours of our trip. The entire week was pretty much walk-on to 10 minute rides. We didn't use 1 single FP (not even for TOT, Test Track, ect). Friday got busier and Saturday was mobbed (these were the starts of President's Day weekend though so it was to be expected). People just started flooding out of the woodwork.
