wait time for fantasmic in May...

For those just returning - how was the wait for Fantasmic in the first couple weeks of May - acceptable or is it better to book the dinner package??

We just got back, We did the Fantasmic dinner package, on May 16th. There were plenty of seats as long as you didn't want to sit in the middle. They were still seating people 10 minutes before show time, on the far left hand side,(if your facing the water). I didn't see where it was a problem. But we got the package, we figured better safe than sorry.

We did a package and we ended up getting rained out. Later on the middle of the week we got there about 45 minutes before the show and it was already standing room only. It really depends on the night and if it's been canceled lately. I say get there 1 hour 15 minutes before and enjoy the surroundings and bring a small snack and soda.

We were there 2 weeks ago and got a great seat just left of the middle. We got there about 40 minutes before showtime and ate our dinner while we waited.
