Wanted to say "thanks" and to recommend Randall (I think that was his name--he was from Gary, IN) at Saana. He was the best waiter we had the entire time at WDW this past December and made our first experience of this lovely restaurant such a joy. WDW has an excellent representative in him, as he apparently came through their college program, enjoyed himself so much that he made the move to FL permanent.
He was attentive, upbeat, helpful and thoughtful. We will certainly visit him and Saana again.
I would also note Kahlid (again, I believe this was his name) at Sci-Fi Dine-in. Another upbeat and attentive waiter who offered us excellent service and a great beginning to our trip.
