Wait Listed for a Grand Villa at AKV and BWV?

We currently have a reservation at SSR for a GV for the week of the 11th of Febuary, but are waiting to see if anything becomes available for AKV or BWV. What are our chances of getting either?

I guess you can't really say one way or another with the waitlist, but I think each of those resorts for which you are waitlisted, only have a few GV. AKV in Jambo house only have 6 GV (16 more to be added with Kidani Village) and BWV only have 7. In comparison, SSR has 24 and OKW has 27. I haven't looked at a calendar to see where your dates fall, but I know the week around President's Day (which is also Daytona week) gets crowded at WDW. It's good you already have a room booked so you know you for sure have a place to stay. Good luck!

Thanks for the well wishes and I am grateful that I was able to get a GV at SSR. Yes, the dates that we will be in WDW is for the week of President's Day.

OT, but according to information I've seen elsewhere, SSR has 36 GVs. Is my information wrong?

My numbers may be incorrect. I found them on various websites that had DVC info. I haven't double-checked with MS. I do know that OKW and SSR have many more GV than AKV (currently) and BWV, and that BCV and VWL have none.
