Wait List

I am new to the vacation club planning and I have been wait listed for 2 nights of an upcoming stay at BWV. I am booked Nov 29-for 4 nights and am wait listed for the following 2 nights (dec. 3 and 4).

What are the chances of getting the whole trip booked?
What is the latest I would be notified if I am granted the rooms?
Would the grant one night and not the other?

Tips/suggestions/advice??

Your chances are Dependant upon someone else canceling their reservation for your dates and type of room.

30 or 7 days depending on what was specified at the time of the wait list being made.

Yes they could grant one night only.

We are new to this as well, but I can comment about our recent waitlist. We decided a couple of weeks ago to make a December trip to our home resort. We wanted Dec. 1-6 at AKV KV Studio Std view, but the 3rd was not avail, so we waitlisted for that night. I looked online on the member website last night and saw that it had already come through. Woohoo! As the previous person said it depends if someone cancels and how far down the line you are. I have heard a lot of successfull waitlist stories on here. Just a thought.....when you waitlist DVC looks for both nights to become available before they let them go to you or anyone else wait listed for those days. But if you make an occasional call to MS to see if either of the days pop up just grab the single day.

We were waitlisted at BCV last November for 5 days during F&W. My luck of all 5 days showing up at once were slim so I called everyday, sometimes 2x, to see if any of the days showed up. I got lucky and booked a day here and there until the hole reservation was there and linked it all.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong, but I would THINK (not totally sure) that they would look for each one seperate. My only waitlist I have experience with was just for a single day. Hope it works out for ya, good luck!

No they will only do the days together unless you call and check on single days. I am wait listed for 2 additional days in Oct and I ask that question and they told me to get it a single day at a time I have to call and check but my waitlist will only do the consecutive days.
