Wait-List Question

If a waitlist comes through, how long does it take to be on the member site? I will try to call again, however, today I called and the CM (although very, very nice and helpful) was the same one I got the day before AND she remembered me! Anyway, if I call and she answers again, I will feel embarassed for calling back. Do they mind if you keep checking on a wait-list?

I would call every day. The waitlist should be posted within a day online. The waitlists are filled manually, so its possible for someone to cancel a reservation and not have your waitlist fulfilled. Since the waitlists are manually fullfilled, those canceled reservations could sit there for a couple hours, allowing someone else to call and get the canceled reservation.

My waitlist for a 1BR at HHI at the end of April just appeared within the last 2 days. I had not called, but checked every now and then out of curiosity. So I received a surprise tonight. This was a last minute (3 months out) arrangement.
