DH and I have been discussing adding on 25-50 pts to our current 200pts so I called MS today to see what was available. I told him I wanted a min of 25pts to our current home resort but since they have to match UY, he told me I'd be put on the wait list (with a credit card) and if / when they became available they'd charge me at that point. I didn't do it yet (DH and I have to discuss it to death first) but as long as I call and get added to the wait list on Mon, I'll lock in at the lower rate (since they go up on Tues).
Has anyone been waitlisted? Does Disney usually come through? We have a trip planned for May 08 and we're short about 21 points (we're doing a 4 night cruise on the wonder followed by 5 nights in a 2br at VWL). We have all the points other than the last 21 for the 5th night so rather than try and buy from someone on here I'm trying to convince DH to just add the 25 to our own points so we have them going forward. However, now that we'd be waitlisted, I'm not sure the points will come through in time for our vacation - I was going to make our ressie in about 3 wks for the land portion of our trip.
Thoughts??
