I'm so excited for your new reviews!! I can't wait to see what Todd isn't in the mood for and then which restaurant he'll get a walk up!

By the way - my fiance and I have been together for 10 years now and I too have had to endure 10 years of hearing that I've robbed the cradle even though the poor "kid" is 38 years old! When my DD got her first cell phone the last four digits of her number were 7519 and he said "here's an easy way to remember it. Your mom looks like she's 75 and I look like I'm 19". He thinks he's so funny.

I think you're a FINE 40. At the end of my 40th year, I became a mother to an 6yr old, 5yr old, and 3yr old. I was exhausted. Now, near the end of my 42nd year, I feel better than I have in the last 5! Age smage.

My wish for your birthday is that you have some out-of-this-world dining experiences and your trip is all smiles. I know you'll have a great time, as always.

Making dining reservations for us is never what it seems. See in my house I always ask my husband for his opinion and see what he wants, you know, throw a bone to the boy. Problem is we almost never stick to original plans, he wants to cancel something and just walk into another place…and usually he always gets what he wants lol!

Me: Want to help me plan our meals in WDW?

Todd: Can I have a root canal instead, you know, something less painful?

See what I have to put up with?

In all fairness he does try to help some…problem is he doesn’t know the name of the restaurants, just the food they serve. Secretly I think he is just messing with me! For instance the hibachi place, the place where they have all you can eat crab, the place where we walked to from our resort, the place with the pressed pot of coffee and my sugar coma breakfast…get the picture? And I am supposed to know what the heck he is talking about…I admit, I do…hey you are with someone for 22 years you kinda figure them out.

Back in April, at my 180 day mark, I thought I had it all planned…everything that he wanted and what I wanted and the time slots…basically it was perfect. Didn’t have any issues with online reservations except I could not book Tutto Italia. When I called the CM couldn’t book it either and it took a few days before I finally scored.

Fast forward to June and for some reason I decided to look at menus. Most places didn’t appeal to me anymore. I mean San Angel Inn and Nine Dragons (both of which were Todd's choices) just didnt wow me anymore. Before I jumped the gun to cancel them and replace they with 2 of my picks I made the mistake of asking him first.

Me: Hey hon, can I cancel Nine Dragons and San Angel Inn

Todd: What are you talking about?

Me: (Silly me, thinking he automatically knew what I was talking about, does he not know me at all???) Oops sorry, can I cancel Mexican and Chinese in WDW?

Todd: Sure I don’t care..hey wait a sec, aren't those my 2 picks? Why do you want to cancel the only 2 places I wanted to eat at?

Oh for Pete's sake, like he didn’t want Cape May Clambake, Kona and Boma breakfast….

Me: Changed my mind, women's perogative......

Todd: I dont care, you might wind up changing those again anyways. One question, why the heck do you bother asking me when you are going to do what you want anyways?

Shoot…he really does know me!

Do you want to know whats on the agenda? Well I hate to disappoint you all but our arrival dinner is going to be off site. Originally we were going to eat at Boatwrights but I received an email for a free meal at Texas de Brazil and its just 20 minutes from POFQ and it is hands down my new favorite place to eat! We tried the Tampa one in July and we both were in meat heaven! The normal price is $46 per person so a buy one get one free deal is too good to pass up. I hope to take lots of pics there too!
