W&D-transportation to a non sponsor hotel?

We're staying at the Port Orleans Riverside for WD next weekend and I'm trying to figure out our transportation!
I'm thinking we'll take the boat at our hotel to Saratoga Springs, which is a sponsored hotel, for the start line. Then call a cab for a ride from the finish.
At 4:00am-ish there's probably not the normal transportation running so getting home is my biggest question mark I guess...

Any guidance!?

I don't know about cabs at epcot, but last year we walked back to BW with someone who was catching a cab from there. The valet parking/ bell services folks can call you a cab from BW if one is not out front.

This might be worth asking on the events side or the w&d page. Someone else might have a better response.

Getting to the race is a function of either getting to the Epcot parking lot or the SSR like you plan. Buses leave to the start from either location.

Going back, plan on leaving through the IGate and to the BW or Beach for a taxi. Much higher opportunity to actually hail a cab.
