VWL - What to request?

I had to change my Aug. dates and couldn't get BCV. VWL was available and I'm happy with that, but I have NO idea what to request! And, trust me, not requesting anything has proven to be a very poor choice for my luck.

We'll be in a studio. I don't care a lot about whe I see in a view, though trees are always nice. I care more about quietness. Ex.: WL parking lot view was far preferable to the courtyard for us, thanks to the pool and water parade noise. For that reason alone, I'd rather avoid the dumpster rooms if at all possible.

Any suggestions? TIA!

I usually ask for "close to the elevator". We've had one room where you could see through the trees to the lake. Last Sept we looked towards the bus stop but it was mostly woods and very quiet.

Lake view is trees with a hint of lake, Woods view is 95% trees. Pool view is VWL pool backed by trees.

Wow - I really had no idea there were so many options, looking at the aerial view! Woods view sounds good.

Another question - does floor matter at VWL? I generally ask for top floor anywhere to avoid footsteps above.
