VWL trip report - very long, lots of detail

i stayed there last week and I thought the transportation was wonderful. (I stayed at WL in 95,96,97 and it was terrible). The longest wait we had was for the DD bus (all of 12 minutes). Epcot bus came around about every 10 minutes. This bus lets you off as close as possible to the parks - wonderful - closer than parking. Took the boone bus a couple of times to the T/t to take the monrail to the MK and Epcot, took the boat back to VWL. They have signs posted at the bus stops (there are 3 of them) and before you get to the bus stops telling you where each bus goes. I really thought this bus system was GREATLY improved over the one that just had WL. but I hope the new system will be even better.

I've stayed at WL twice last year and my only complaint was the bus schedule. Other than that its a great place as I'm sure the VWL is.

Thank you VERY much for that wonderful report. We are going to buy an add-on, wanted WDW but were a bit cautious because the photos do make VWL look rather dull, as you said. Now I know it isn't and I shall stop wondering.
