VWL or VB members: can you help w/ 2004 Actual Property Tax numbers?

<font face="times" size="+0">I just pulled up my records to help answer another member's question, and remembered that I never finished collecting the Actual Property Tax figures for 2004.

Since it's tax season, I was hoping some of you might be digging up your Dues Statements and could help fill in the holes in the below table.

Please look carefully at your statement for the line titled: "2004 Property Tax - Actual" and let me know what the per point rate figure is. I also should mention that you will only have the accurate Property Tax - Actual rate if you owned your resort for all 365 days of 2004. (This is why we can't figure out SSR's actual 2004 taxes based on our dues statements.)

Also, I am missing last year's breakdown of Operating Budget and Capital Reserves for VWL's 2004 dues, so if any VWL owner could provide that I would greatly appreciate it!

Just posted the Vero info in another thread! The actual 2004 property tax at Vero is .6554 It's the same for subsidized as well as "regular".
 
The Operating Budget was $3.0070 per point. The Capital Reserves Budget was $0.4911 and the Property Tax was $0.857 per point.
