VWL lake view?

Your room sounds perfect! It has everything I want. I wonder which would be better. Asking for Room 4511 specifically when I make my reservation (I know there's no guarantee especially at 7 months out) or requesting an upper floor, dedicated 2BR, with lake view and just hope I get that room or one similar to it when I check in. I'm going in October which I hope will be to my advantage because its during the Food & Wine Festival at EPCOT and many DVC'ers like to stay at BCV or BWV during that time.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

One time when we were staying at WL we requested a specific room that we had before. It was not available, so instead of the upper floor, end of south wing room that we hoped for we got a ground level close to the lobby! They were able to put us in something that was more what we requested but I would tell them what you want and not a specific room.

This was not considered "lake view"-I dont think they offer that. But, its 3rd floor about 2/3 down the long hall, just to show you how not to expect much.
