Did she say you could on the 13th? I keep reading online only purchases on the 13th. So I wonder if we are attempting to trade in unused tickets, and we have to call, I'm wondering if we have to wait until the 20th? Of course the guy I spoke with yesterday literally said they hadn't decided yet and we would be getting an email. I just don't want to bite off the 10 day hopper tickets and then be told I have to wait to exchange until the 20th. With my luck they will be sold out by then.

I stated I was a DVC member and would be calling on the 13th, and she did not say this would be an issue. As I said, I hope this is true!

I'm honestly so nervous that they will sell out in like an hour. I'm scared not to try to buy online, because I'm afraid the phone time will be brutal. Also, it's at the same time/morning of the RunDisney expo. Too much going on at once for me!

Me too Erin! We have tickets unused that we bought a few weeks back for our Oct trip, but not sure I want to chance waiting on phone to be able to apply them to APs. Im going to be at the helm of my laptop at 6am sharp to make sure I get every chance possible to get them.
Boy, Disney has us hook, line and sinker, now just reel us in slowly so as not to lose us
