VOXPOP: (for EPCOT visitors since 1990s) What were your park visit highlights?

This is a short voxpop for those who have visited Epcot since the 1990s (self excluded, but I did hear a lot about the park at a young age ). So what were your highlights when you visited the parks? Any attractions of note? Which of these did you enjoy/dread? Any other interesting stories of note?

We went in 2010.

Rides- test track has to be one of the big 5 Disney rides

Dining- we loved the coral reef restaurant . Part aquarium, part dining.

Fireworks- arguably the best Disney fireworks I have seen .

Lowlights- probably the most concrete and least Disney like park I have been to.

I love EPCOT, goes close to my favorite park. There is so much to do from the restaurants, World Show Case and rides/attractions.

I can't get enough of Test Track and Mission Space.

My eldest DD loves club cool trying all the different coke drinks from around the world.

My favorite memory is after hours of walking arounf EPCOT on a hot Florida afternoon. Covered in sweat you go into Ellen's Energy Adventure. Sitting down for the ride, the feet sigh in relief and the cool air of the air conditioning cools your body core temperature down to something that can sustain life.

As a famous man once said "Ah the serenity".

Rides - Soarin' is gorgeous, Test Track with my DS was hilarious and Living with the Land - very relaxing when it was so hot outside.

Watching my son down a cup of Beverly at Club Cool - funny and impressive!!

Akershus was beautiful, DD was in heaven and Aurora got DS13 up to dance with him - such a highlight!! Rose & Crown for dinner made my English husband so happy - we have such lovely photos from that night. Also DH in a FEZ doing a bit of drinking around the world during Food & Wine was very memorable (so was the Grey Goose slushie!!)

We loved Epcot, but it was crazy hot and we really didn't get to see all of the World Showcase properly. How convenient that we will be back there in May to rectify the situation!!!
