OK first one the cake. How can it only feed 4 people when it looks bigger than that. Also if I want to feed say 18 people what is the increase in cost.

Next we are not drinkers so no champane for us what if I want white grape juice can I get like a 2 bottle of juice for the price of one bottle of champane. And if so what is the cost for more and how many glasses are in a bottle.

Yeah I am working on a budget so I have a clue as to how much it cost.

OK one last one flowers I get one for my self and something for dh but no more right?

Thanks in advance,
Kim

Hi Kim

I don't know all the answers to your questions. To be honest, I booked my intimate wedding before they changed that cake issue. I'm guessing that the "new" cake will be smaller and only feed 4 people, they just haven't fully updated the website yet. As for the cost, if it's not on the website, you might just want to call or email someone and ask.

I think you'll get different responses about the champagne/grape juice. My understanding is that you can change the champagne to grape juice, but there will be no change/reduction in the package cost. As for how many servings in a bottle...again, you're best bet might be to call or email Disney.

I understand the budget thing...I'm being very careful too to not go too much over the quoted package price. The Disney Wedding website is pretty thorough in what exactly is included in the package. Any "substitutions" you make will not change the price, unless you are asking for "extras" and those will cost you more. Does that help any?

The flowers, yes, you get your bouquet and a boutonierre for your DH...anything else will cost extra. For example, I wanted a floral headpiece/wreath/halo thing...it would have cost $100 for Disney to do it for me with real flowers. I opted to make it myself with silk flowers. Again, you can order more, just tell them what you would like and ask them how much it will cost. I will say that the bouquets they show on the website are "examples" you can often change the color scheme and even some of the flowers in the bouquet without an additional charge (unless you are asking for something really extreme, I think).

I hope that helps...good luck with your plans! Have you decided on a location yet?

Now I'm on the old plan so this may have changed BUT I'm exchanging One bottle of champagne for 2 bottles of sparkling cider. This has been a long standing change they will make for you, so hopefully they're still doing it. I know if you want soda it's like $3 a glass, we were also told if there were kids we HAD to purchase a non alcholic beverage for them if we were using the champagne. So we opted to switch it.

Hope this helps
Melissa

I was under the old plan and had my VR in May.
The cake i had serve my party of 12 twice - bottom layer at reception and top layer after the lunch (we had different flavors so it worked out nice.y).
Also for the beverage we did have chapaign - only one bottle for 8 adults, the 4 kids had ice water and no charge for the ice water.
Again, this was in May of 2005, so I am not sure how helpful this information is with respect to the new 20 guest policy.
