I have never delivered here before, will they put groceries in cold storage if we are not there when they come?

I don't have experience with PPH, but I would definitely call the front desk and ask just to be on the safe side. Our hotel used to accept deliveries without guests needing to be present, but they changed the rules recently and will not accept deliveries for guests.
