Von's delivery to GCH

We are arriving without a car, so we're looking at ways to stock up on items we can't fly with, so water, sodas, and a few dairy items (milk, OJ, cream cheese). We know we can pick up some of these things at White Water, but sodas in particular are not cost-effective.

We are eligible for Von's free delivery on $50+, but I'm not sure whether a) GCH currently allows such deliveries and b) what are the logistics.

Do we tell Vons to deliver to GCH and they drop it with the bellhop who then tries to contact us?
Vons says orders placed before 3:30am can be scheduled for that day with a 1-hour window. Has anyone successfully done that (and have the delivery be on time?)
Has anyone had Vons delivery dairy items with success? I assume the bellhop won't do anything about that. If it is a problem we can just pick up the cream cheese and milk at White Water (and order non-perishable OJ).
Anything else to watch out for?

I used Vons once before, and I am using it again in 9 days (!) It works well, and they did refrigerate the dairy items at the GC. The only sticky thing can be if you order liquor or cigarettes etc, then you need to be there in person at the delivery. I did not buy anything like that, so that was not an issue. I use dup my free delivery, so this time I picked a longer window, that was at least discounted $6. I will have a car, but I have my son with me who is special needs, and this will make my life easier.

We ordered Von's in December and it worked great! We ordered quite a bit of stuff including refrigerated items with no issues. I just made sure to put my DH's name because the reservation was under his name and our check in date on the order so GCH knew who it was for. We scheduled it almost a week before we left to come the day we arrived (a couple hours before we arrived) and when our room was ready (we had our bags stored until our room was ready) we told them to bring our bags and order up. We also were told by the bellman that if we needed a second fridge (we didn't) that you can ask and say you have "special food needs" and if they have one they will bring it up. The only issue we had was out of the handful of items we ordered they were out of 3-4 of them which when we are only ordering 10 different items isn't great numbers lol anyway as long as you do he order ahead of time and put your name on it there shouldn't be any issues and the stuff that needs to be cold they will keep cold until you get it.
