I was just billed for Vonage today and it went up.
Before I was paying $16 something after fees for a long time. Last month it went to $17 something after the regular fees plus added one on for 911.
This month it's now at $18 something cause of the past fees, but now they have added on sales tax.
Did this happen to anyone else? It would be nice to know in advance that this is going to happen and they are going to be adding on another fee.
The whole reason I went with Vonage is because they are cheaper then the landline we had. They still are cheaper, but if they keep adding on fees they are going to be no better then the landline companies.
