Yes, they just basically want to know how you heard about it (VMK) and will you be going to WDW now, soon, later, sooner, oh and do you plan to bug your parents about it. I took it and used the code on my main character. It is a one time use code only by the way so don't bother to try it again... I said don't try it, it won't work. Why did you do that? Seriously, the survey was no big deal. Worth the two minutes to get the credit.

yeah i did it and got 100 credit code... which sadly i found out is NOT a multi use code.

I actually received a survey yesterday, but only on one account. Unlike some I only have 2 mules, so 1 out of 3 ain't all that bad! ( :
