VMK Insider Tour?

I had someone tell me yesterday that the VMK Insider Tour had started again. I didn't think this was true. Is it?

The Insider Tour is not back, at least not at DLR, as of Sunday 6-18-06.

Not back at WDW either, and they have no plans of bringing it back.
