Viva la Musica crowds?

Hi all, we were planning to go to Sea World on Saturday, April 23rd and I have just found out that the Viva la Musica festival will be on there that day. Having never been, I am wondering if anyone knows what the crowds are generally like. It might be a fun event but I am having fears of Epcot Food and Wine Festival level crowds...I am sure this is not likely but still...

P.S. - full disclosure - we are not hispanic!

It will probably be busy but most of the crowd will be around the Bayside Pathway, especially as it gets closer to concert time. If you have no desire to attend the concert it is often a great time to do the Antarctica side of the park.

Be careful though - last year I went to the park about 1 PM and the traffic line was horrendous, the lines to pay the toll were backed up to almost the street. If you are planning on making a day of it this won't be a problem.

If you want to eat on the pathway again right during the concert is generally a good time to go, the hour right before the concert is probably the worst time to go.

thanks for that info. Had considered attending on 5/7, don't see the artist yet. Flights gets in later, had thought to purchase 'reserved' seats but starting to think timing won't work for us.

appears concert starts @ 3 pm, how long do the festivities usually run?
