Vistapark resort

I will be renting a villa at Vistapark resort in June 08. Has anyone stayed there or heard anything about it? What is the area like and things like that.

I've stayed in the general area but not at this community. It is a nice area, a little more built up than when I was there. It would take you 15 min or so to Disney depending on traffic on 192. There's a new road, 429 that I think will cut that time down. It may be a $1. toll. There's a Publix and SuperWalmart within 3 -5 min. I stayed at Vistapark in April of this year. We were staying at the Bond home all of the housed are georgeous but I think that there are only a few houses that are being rented, the majority of the owners live there but it is a nice guarded subdivision.

Once you've stayed in a home you'll never want to stay in a hotel room again, at least not for a long term stay. We're staying in a 6 bedroom at Windsor Hills with family in Nov. But even when it's just my husband and I we still get either a pool home or townhouse. We like the privacy, having our own pool, and the space. You can live like you do at home while you're on vacation. No more cramped hotel rooms.
We've rented directly from owners for the last 10 years and have had no problems. There may be a few little things like at one place there was only 2 faceclothes so we went to Walmart and got a dozen or so for $3. No big deal. Another place had a few ants so we called the number for the exterminator and they were there that day and sprayed and we didn't see another ant the whole time. Most times there's nothing wrong. Hope you have a great experience.
