Vistana Resort or Wyndham Palms?

I can't decide between these two resorts - any opinions to help me decide? I've searched reviews on both and they seem pretty comparable. I can get the same rate so it isn't a matter of money.

Vistana is closer to all the parks than Wyndham Palms. Wyndham has (reportedly, I haven't stayed there) more consistently newer rooms. HTH.
