Vista Cay is wonderful, the location is second to none, you can get about anywhere in 10 minutes. The 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse and pool overlooking the lake is fantastic. There is a Publix next door within walking distance, a Chinese Restaurant and NYPD Pizza, both have sit down facilities and serve beer and wine. International Drive is less than a mile away with all of its shopping, restaurants, and activities. Disney is about 6 to 8 miles, Universal 3-4 miles, and Sea World/Aquatica, 1-2 miles. The resort is Tuscan themed and very clean, new, well maintained, built by the same builder as Windsor Hills. The Clubhouse is immaculate and centrally located within the resort. The Clubhouse is open from 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight. There is a great walkway around the lake with beautiful landscaping around it. The townhouses are very spacious, bedrooms well spread out, great living area and 3-1/2 bathrooms, and you also get the garage, separate entrance, patio, and small balcony. You'll love it!
