Visitors in apartments?

Can visitors who are not in the DCP still come visit at the apartments (friends and family)? or do they have to be a cast member?

You can have visitors in the apartments. You have to sign them in at security & they have to show their ID for security to let them in. You just can't have overnight visitors who don't live in the same complex.
