We're going to fly down to visit our DD during her CP, and although we know we can't STAY with her, can we visit her at her apartment? What are the rules about that?

Thanks,

KCpirate:

She would have to meet you at the front gate of the apartment complex and sign you in. There is a set time that everyone visiting has to be out of the complex but I don't remember what it is.

its like 1am.

i was also kinda wondering this, cause it says no one under the age of 18 allowed in the complex... my brother is 14.. if my family came to visit would he not be allowed in?

Actually she can sign you in ahead of time the day you plan to visit and then she wont have to wait at the gate. When you arrive they will ask for the driver license of each visitor and make copies of each one and also record the license plate and make and model of the vehicle. This will allow you to enter for up to three days and then she would need to sign you in again if you need more days. We did this at both Vista and Chatham so i am speaking from personal experience.

Don't really know about the under 18 enforcement for family visiting.
