I am traveling to Orlando, but not staying in the resorts (sold out, spring break). I wanted to spend a day visiting some of them, will they let you in if you are not currently staying at the resort? If so, can you drop off your kids for a few hours, if you need to spend a day on business? LOL I know thats frowned upon, but hey, I have spent so much at Disney, they can spare a few hours of free pool time.

Thanks for any insight.

You have 15 days until April Fool's Day. :rolleyes1

No, not joking but I totally see I have offended someone. When I say kids, I meant two 17 year olds that will be bored for a couple hours while I am doing business. I am eating at the resorts anyway, lets not be Disney Gestapo's here. :)

I would think that two 17 yr. olds would find more to do at DTD or Disney Quest as opposed to a resort.

ummmmm ... how to say this nicely ....

When staying on property, I certainly go to other resorts and visit. However, I would never use another resort pool or other "ammenities". I don't want to be a downer, but it's not a good idea to drop off your teenagers at a resort that you aren't staying at.

Let's put this in perspective... if you wanted to go shopping for a day in your town/city and your children wanted to go swimming, would you go to your local Hilton and drop them off at the hotel pool? Perhaps you could take your kids to a mall somewhere to waste time.
