Visiting Disneyland after many years, need some advice please!

We are going to visit Disneyland this Monday after long time (last time been there 4 yr ago) and have some questions.

1. Disney website says park is open at 8 AM. Does it mean everything will be open inside at that time including Guest services?

2. When they open their parking garage? Is it at 8AM or we can come earlier then that?

4. We are going to be there on Monday Sept13. One website shows -Crowd Forecast moderate. Does it sound right for that Monday (no holiday weekend ) ?

3. We have young daughter in wheelchair, do they still offer fast pass for kids with mobility issues?

I haven't been since 2019 so my info might be off, and hopefully you had a great time this week, but in case others have the same questions, here are some answers:

1. Guest services should be open immediately upon listed park open times.
2. parking garage typically opens an hour before park open time, so if park opens at 8am, garage should be open by 7am.
3. they do still over a pass for those with mobility/other issues that prevent standing in line. It doesn't quite work like a fast pass but you get a return time. There is a whole qualification bit that I am uncertain about, and many of the lines at DLR are wheelchair friendly, so you don't need to use the pass for those. I believe all lines at DCA are wheelchair friendly.
4. crowd forecasts are all over the place and not necessarily reliable at this point. I'd be interested to know what you thought of the crowd levels!

I think crowd calendars are fairly unreliable at this point. They traditionally go off data from the prior years... and those years were very different from what we have now.

Before, there were countless APs. Now, they have a cap on the number coming in. Their allowed capacity was much higher pre-C19. While we can "kind of" draw assumptions of what it *may* be like, the iffy calendars before C19 are even more iffy now.
