I will be visiting Disney later this month and would really like to see the new Enchanted Rose Lounge at the Grand Floridian. We are staying at Saratoga Springs. I'm assuming the Enchanted Rose is not a place you can make a reservation. Will we be allowed into the resort to visit the lounge? Will they let us park there? We will be there Oct 22 - 26. Will all the MNSSHP make it more difficult to visit a resort we are not actually guests at?

Its completely up to the mood of the gate guard at that time. Ask nice and if he/she says no prepare to park at the TTC and monorail over (this would be Disney's prefered method if you asked them). Also uber/lyft is a good option.

I would just tell them you are planning to visit the lounge and see what they say. They may let you park in the regular lot, or you may have to valet or go park over at TTC. We really enjoy visiting various resorts on our trips, but it seems like there are no set in stone rules about resort parking in this situation. Our experiences have been all over the map, as it seems a lot of it is left up to the individual CMs working at the guard shacks.

Since you are staying at Saratoga Springs, another option would be to walk over to Disney Springs and take a bus to the hotel.

We did this last year, (however staying at one of the Hotel Boulevard hotels) to see the holiday decorations. One day took a bus over to the Epcot Center hotels and toured them. The next day we took the bus to the Poly and used the monorail to visit the other hotels.

Agreed - this would probably be the best way to go about it. Otherwise you could pop over there on a day you're at Magic Kingdom - you can take a boat directly there. You could also hypothetically take your hotel's bus to Magic Kingdom and then catch the boat over to the Grand Floridian without entering the park. The boat ride is very quick and they come every few minutes.

You will have a much better chance of getting past the guard if you go on a non MNSSHP party night. Often times on party nights you have to have a ressie to get past the guard shack. We go to WDW this same week every year and we have seen it happen at GF and Poly.

We resort hop all the time. Sometimes with an ADR and sometimes not. Sometimes shopping, quick service or just a drink. Never had an issue parking. Look forward to it every time!
