Visa Upgrade

Hi all

I got the Visa upgrade on Monday but never got a confirming email! I called back on Tuesday and asked that they send an email but that still hasn't come. When I go on the disney page and check my reservation the tickets say "Error" - should I be worried that I don't have a confirmation?

Same thing here! I called Tuesday to request the e-mail again, and it never came. This morning I asked for a hard copy to be mailed. Hopefully that will arrive very soon!

I called yesterday and had 2 codes that are general public codes but they were only good for January & February. It was the same deal as what is now posted on Disney's homepage. I'm still waiting for AP rates and discount codes for May so I can figure out my options. I can't stand the waiting I love the mouse!!!!

I got the same upgrade, but with the Canadian code and under tickets my reservation also says error.
