Visa Gift Cards

I want to get Visa gift cards to give in addition to some gifts. Our local mall no longer sells them. I wondered if I could get a AAA discount buying them somewhere. My bank charges $3.95 per card. Kind of steep. I wondered if anyone knew where I could get them for less than that. TIA.

FYI- These cards can be trouble if you need to return what you buy with them. DS bought the wrong printer with a visa gift card and they could not put the money back on the card and would not give him cash. It was a huge ordeal.
