Ok, great. The date hasn't been set yet...we're trying to see how much interest we can spark. Still looking at a place to hold it....not much luck in the Richmond area, so I'm looking into Williamsburg or Va Beach. I'd like to keep it centrally located, if I can. Keep checking back for updates.

Have you thought of maybe talking to someone @ Busch Gargens?
I know we are the "DIS" but this is for Charity...plus the DIS does report on any/all SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment parks, ...
Just an idea.....

I think it is closed the weekends they are thinking of. We would have to wait until Thanksgiving weekend when they open up for their Christmas Town. Even then there are not many rides open.

We have several pastor friends that we might could contact about using a church fellowship hall if need be. Don't know what their policies are about that sort of thing are but it might be an option if nothing else works out.

Hi Robin & Angel: We have actually looked at Busch Gardens but our theme for this party is a Holiday theme. We thought about having a meet at Christmas Town but there won't be many rides open and it will be really cold. We also want to be able to raise money for GKTW and the Busch Garden area wasn't going to be able to work. Of course I did think of raising money to ride roller coasters, but I don't ride roller coasters so I wasn't sure that would work..... But the Busch Garden idea could work in the future, so you never know. Thanks for the idea.

Welcome jdtopgun71 and disneycrazzy...
we are still working on the location....it seems that Short Pump Mall is throwing some wrenches our way, but Melissa found another place and if it works out...it will be awesome...details to follow later this week.

Thanks to everyone for being patient with us, this is a little harder than we thought it would be, but it's coming together.
