Virginia Beach Discount Yummy Places to Eat

We lived there 4 years ago. I went with a friend and her family to a place called The Purple Cow. It was a burger joint diner style. I don't eat meat so I can't comment on the food, but the atmosphere was fun and the sugnature drink was entertaining for the kids (basically it's a grape soda float). I just tried to look it up online and it appears to have moved, or is closed. Reviews are conflicting. Maybe someone still in the area can confirm. I'm in W'burg now.

Unfortunately, the Purple Cow closed. I loved their purple vanilla milkshakes!
