Virgin VS16 change of departure times

Just a quick warning to those of you flying later on this year.
The VS16 MCO-LGW has had a time change, from dep of 19:55 and arrival at 08:45, to departure time of 19:40 and arrival time of 08:30.
Not a big change, BUT if you check your itinerary on the VA web site, your return (VS16) flight will have dissapeared.

You need to contact them ASAP to get them to reload it onto the web site and confirm your seat selection, as when they make a flight change, sometimes the seat preferences are lost.

Anyone flying VS 16 should do a check.

Just checked the site and our seats on the VS16 are just as we booked them so at the moment were ok by the looks of it

Just checked the site my flights time has changed but my seats have stayed the same so fingers crossed they are there when we check in .

Thanks for posting, Obi. We're on the VS16 in January. I've just checked and our seat allocation seems to have been transferred successfully.

From Virgin website:

On 07, 14 and 21 Oct 07 flight departs 20:10 and arrives 09:15 the next day.
On 27 Oct 07 flight departs 19:40 and arrives 07:45 the next day.
From 28 Oct 07 flight departs 20:40 and arrives 08:30 the next day.

Our flights are fine Thanks for the heads up though. The late October flight times are different due to our clocks going back a week or so before the US.

I only booked our flights last weekend but, when I checked after seeing this thread, our inbound flight had disappeared from our booking. Gave Virgin a ring this morning and we're back in the system with the same seats we requested before (that I'm sure will be changed at check-in as usual, but I'll give it a go anyway !)
