virgin vouchers

I have guests who have booked their park tickets through virgin but now discover they only issue vouchers that need to be exchanged,They do not particularly want to sit through a meeting with a rep.Has anyone exchanged their ticket vouchers for actual tickets at a guest relations booth in one of the parks.?

Hi we had vouchers off virgin in 2001 for disney and universal - we had no trouble exchanging them for the tickets at the parks. Hope that helps you - at disney we had to show a photo id for one of the tickets holders they didnt even want any proof at unverisal. Hope this helps you out.
