Can anyone help me.
DS has hit 12 so I thought I'd get him to join the Virgin Frequent Flyer club so he can start collecting miles. I thought I would be able to recommend him so I did the the ecard thing.
Sadly when I try and register him it says he's already a member. I phoned the helpline they say I cant join him as he needs to be 18 to be recommended.
Has anyone managed to recommend someone under 18 and then end up getting the bonus miles after the first flight?
