Virgin Holidays transfer?

anyone used this recently?

Last time we did was October 2007 and we had a Mears van which only dropped us off at CSR and another family at GF.

Wondered if it is now a coach if it drops off at dozens of different locations and in that case I will book the DME as I have done the last couple of trips. TIA

When we did it last in nov 2007 we had a coach with 5 familes on it.

We had a Mears Coach with Virgin - it stopped at two non-wdw resorts first, then went to POR then us at POFQ - it was hardly an issue and very quick - our only problem was waiting for one laggard family to get on the coach in the first instance - I think they decided to take a tour of MCO, smoke 20 cigarrettes to make up for lost time before actually getting on the coach where everyone else had been patiently waiting for the last 25minutes!

Unfortunately you have no idea how many people will be on the coach - if you are happy with the DME service go for it!

Hi,
We have booked our first trip with Virgin next august, staying at POFQ, how do get to book the Magic express, i went to the disney site and they ask for your hotel booking reference and i do not think i have that on the virgin letter.
Secondly is the Magic Express usually quicker than
1 other transfers.
2 picking a car up at the airport and making your own way.
